Venue rules

For all guests

  1.  Music, DJ, Bands will need to be Stopped and/or Turned Off no later than 11pm

  2. No smoking or vaping inside the facility, make sure all filters are disposed of properly

    • The designated smoking area is underneath the covered patio, $75 loss if cigarette filters are found on ground ofproperty not in the designated smoking area buckets

  3. No feminine, paper towel or wipe products flushed down the toilets

    • All restrooms are check before your arrival if there is a problem with restrooms during your event, and a plumberhas to be call you will lose full deposit, plus pay the plumber fee

  4. No nails, thumb tacks or anything that will put a hole in the walls or beams

    • Do not unattach anything that is secured to the walls of the facility

  5. No standing or dancing on tables, chairs, bar or whiskey barrels

  6. All trash is to be disposed of in trash bag and then placed in the trash trailer to the left of the facility

  7. Doors to the outside are not to be left open if AC or Heaters are turned on

  8. No confetti or glitter of any kind is to be thrown inside the building

    • If you throw anything outside on property you will need to make sure it is ALL cleaned up, this includes but notlimited to fake flowers, confetti, sparkler wands, etc..

  9. No throwing footballs, basketballs, etc. inside the facility

  10. Do not sit, lean, swing or stand on ropes at the entrance walkway as they can easily break

  11. No open flame or lit candles inside the facility, - minus a celebration cake

    • Sparklers are to be done away from the building, out from underneath the canopy in the parking lot

  12. Ensure ALL doors and lights are locked and turned off, minus the list below

    • If a door is locked upon your arrival, it is not available for your use

    • Lights left on

      • Light switch between patio doors upstairs stays turned on, do not flip switch off

      • Lights on a timer

        • Lights around stairwell leading to uncovered patio

        • Parking lot perimeter lights

        • The 2 lights on either side of the canopy at the front doors

  13. Children will need to be supervised by an adult at all times

  14. If renter has alcohol on premises, they must have paid the corkage fee (alcohol fee) for the event, if they have not, then there should be no alcohol on the premises

    • Full loss of cleaning deposit if corkage fee has not been paid and alcohol seen or found on property (via cameraor in person)

  15. DO NOT drag tables across the floor. If you cannot pick them up, leave them where they are. Dragging cancauses damages


Person(s) renting facilities are reliable for the cost of any broken items, including but not limited tothe following. Cleaning Deposit will be kept and person(s) will be charged for broken items.

Tables, chairs, speakers, windows, doors, extra cleaning cost, etc.

**If rules are not followed, renter will forfeit partial if not all of the cleaning deposit**
